Shipping policy

Where does Unearth Vintage ship to?

We ship to all lower 48 states in the US. By special request we can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, military APO/FPO, and most international countries around the world. If we do not ship to your country, you can contact us and we will try our best to fulfill your shipping request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled from our storage locations in NYC or Connecticut depending on the product and sent out within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. We ship orders in the order they are received throughout the work week. 

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days for Domestic and 5-30 business days for International orders. International shoppers, please note packages can get held up in customs for days or weeks, causing a delay in shipping. Delivery times may also vary by location and weather.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out. You can track your package by logging into your account or going to the mail carrier’s website and entering the tracking number provided.

Return Shipping 

You are responsible for any shipping fees in a return or exchange. See more information in our Refund Policy.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! We will try our best to combine items into one shipment when shipping together is possible. There may be cases where items are at separate locations and two separate shipments are required. It may also be possible to add an additional item to an existing order if it has not shipped out yet. Please contact us with your name and order numbers you wish to have combined so we can try to make this happen. Note that the sooner you let us know, the more likely we are able to accommodate! 

Can I expedite shipping?

We do not typically offer rushed or expedited shipping. If you have a special occasion or rush shipping request please contact us as soon as possible. Note you will be responsible for the added fee for faster delivery and item will not ship until payment is received for extra fees.

Can I cancel my purchase? 

We can only accept cancellations on orders which are not yet shipped. Once the item is shipped the order cannot be canceled.

Buyer Shipping & Receiving Responsibility

Once your order has left our office and is scanned by the shipping carrier, Unearth Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages.

Once a package leaves our hands and is picked up and scanned by the mail carrier, we no longer have any control of the package and in most, if not all cases know as much information about the whereabouts of a parcel as the buyer/recipient. 

Oops—I put the wrong address on my order.

It is Buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when making a purchase. We are limited to controlling the package when it is in our hands. If you are able to contact us before the parcel is picked up then changes can possibly be made. Otherwise, it will be necessary for the buyer to contact the mail carrier directly for further options and instructions after it is out of our hands.

I can't find my order and tracking says it's delivered!

If you believe your parcel has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact the mail carrier. Also, please ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect theft or incorrect delivery. 

Import Taxes & VAT for International Orders

Unearth Vintage is not responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas and international deliveries that are imposed by recipients' country and border patrol. Unearth Vintage does not charge for VAT or Import Taxes and we have no control over this. If VAT or Import taxes go unpaid and your order is returned to us, we can either ship the parcel back to you (additional shipping fees will apply) or treat the situation as a return. Returns are for store credit minus the shipping fees. Returns due to unpaid VAT and Import Taxes that have a postmark date of 2+ months are subject to a 50% restock fee and will be issued as store credit. No exceptions. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any VAT or Import Taxes imposed by the buyer's country and border patrol.
